About the event
Understand your chakras, your energy body, and heal the areas of your life that need it! Class is 90 minutes long. The first hour will be a thorough explanation of the topic as well as detailed instruction on how to use the medium. The last half hour will be spent answering questions and doing a group meditation to balance our chakras.

- Meditations to balance your energy body daily
