How to Prepare:
What to bring: A yoga mat, a pillow and blanket, or a meditation cushion—whatever is going to make you the most comfortable!
What to wear: Loose, comfortable, and warm clothing (layers work great so you don't overheat or feel restricted while sitting/lying down).
Start your weekend centered, grounded, and present.
