About the event

Meditation is the cornerstone of all psychic ability. You are only as strong as your mind. In this course we learn about the importance of meditation and the different ways in which we can focus our minds . Class is 2 hours long. The first hour and a half will be a thorough explanation of the topic as well as detailed instruction on how to use the medium. The last half hour will be spent answering questions and participating in a group meditation.
