About the event
KacieLynn has been a passionate force in the dance fitness world since 2016, starting her journey as a Zumba instructor. Driven by a desire to create a more inclusive and challenging workout experience, she soon founded her own fitness company, WTF (Work The Floor Fitness), and has been revolutionizing the way we approach exercise ever since.
WTF’s 100% original routines offer something for everyone, beginning with fun and easy dance choreography like twerking, popping, and shaking, and building up to more demanding body fitness combinations that integrate the power of HIIT through exercises like lunges, burpees, and crunches.
