Crystal Eyes is a calming eye pillow made with fax seed, dried lavender and crystals. The weight of the flax seed and calming scent of lavender helps encourage relaxation, reduce stress and anxiety and is helpful with relieving headaches and sinus pressure. The added crystals have many different healing properties depending on the type of crystal you chose. It is also great for sleep and meditation or to simply take a few moments to relax and reset.
 
The outer shell is removable and washable. Hand wash or gentle cycle on machine is recommended as well as hang drying.
 
You can also use cold therapy by putting the inner pouch in a ziplock bag and placing it in the freezer for 1 hour. This is beneficial with relieving headaches.
