(If you prefer a video call, make sure to indicate that at checkout) - If you miss your appointment, your reading will automatically be rescheduled as a YouTube video and placed at the end of our waitlist. - Waitlist readings are completed on a first come, first serve basis in between other commitments.
Cancellation Policy
Rescheduling is permitted up to 2 hours prior to your scheduled time. No refunds or cancellations are permitted. If you miss your appointment without prior notice or we cannot reach a mutually agreeable reschedule, you will receive a gift card for the amount of your booking fee that can be used site wide.
