HOW IT WORKS: - Questions are chosen for you. - You will receive a phone call on the exact date and time of your scheduled appointment. (If you prefer a video call, make sure to indicate that at checkout) - If you miss your appointment, your reading will automatically be rescheduled as a YouTube video and placed at the end of our waitlist. - Waitlist readings are completed on a first come, first serve basis in between other commitments.
Cancellation Policy
Text messages, emails, and YouTube videos are delivered on a waitlist basis upon completion. For phone calls and in-person appointments, rescheduling is permitted up to 2 hours prior to your scheduled time. No refunds or cancellations are permitted. If you miss your appointment without prior notice or we cannot reach a mutually agreeable reschedule, you will receive a gift card for the amount of your booking fee that can be used sitewide.
