Loving and Respecting Yourself
Imagine an aspect of yourself that ONLY supports and loves you without judgement. Like REALLY imagine it. Schedule a specific time of day when that’s the ONLY thought you allow yourself to pay attention to. Notice when you drift into the lower energy of ridicule or hate or guilt, and change that thought immediately to a positive one.
