If you’ve been following me for a while, you know that movement is medicine. We spend so much time talking about "high vibrations," but how often do we actually get up and let our bodies vibrate?
Spirituality isn't just about sitting still in meditation; it’s about embodiment. It’s about clearing out the stagnant energy that gets stuck in our hips, our hearts, and our joints.
When we dance, we aren't just "working out"—we are shaking off the logic, the social conditioning, and the survival mode I’m always talking about. We are returning to that "factory setting" of pure joy and power.
Ciara has always been a queen of body mastery, and this routine is the perfect mix of precision, sweat, and soul. It’s fast, it’s fun, and it requires you to be fully present. You can’t overthink your grocery list when you’re trying to nail a step count. You have to be completely in your body. You have to be in the now.
I’m challenging you to stop treating exercise like a chore and start treating it like an energy cleansing.
Clear the Space: Light some incense, dim the lights, and put on your favorite sexy workout outfit.
Set the Intention: Before you hit play, tell yourself: "I am shaking off everything that doesn't belong to me."
Channel the Confidence: Use this routine to tap into your solar plexus. Feel that fire. Let it burn off the self-doubt.
Get Moving: Check out the video, learn the steps, and don’t worry about being perfect. The goal isn't to be a backup dancer; the goal is to feel the frequency of the music moving through you.
